I am an Associate Professor of Political Science at Valdosta State University. My research and teaching interests include Congress, Southern Politics, Bureaucratic Politics, and Public Management. I also teach research methods courses, primarily to public managers in the MPA and DPA programs.

As a consultant, I employ specialized survey research techniques to aid local governments and nonprofit organizations in making well-informed decisions grounded in evidence. This includes trend identification and program evaluation.

My expertise spans quantitative methods, regression analysis, statistical modeling, survey design, and data visualization. I have advanced proficiency in R, intermediate knowledge in SQL, and am continually expanding my skills in Python.
